Rodrigo Custodio is Senior Partner and CEO Americas at Troesser & Co. Since December 2022, he has led the firm’s operations in the region from São Paulo.

A mechanical engineer by training, with a degree from the University of Campinas (Unicamp) and an International MBA from IE Business School, Rodrigo began his career in the automotive industry, holding positions at Wabco (now ZF) and Volkswagen. In 2009, after nearly a decade in industry, he moved into consulting, first with Management Engineers (now Strategy&), a firm specializing in operational excellence, and later with Roland Berger, where he rose to lead the Industrial practice in Brazil and Spain.

Over more than 17 years in consulting, he has delivered over 100 projects across a broad range of sectors, with a particular focus on mobility and industrials. His work spans growth strategy, operational improvement, restructuring, and M&A, with engagements in virtually every country in the Americas as well as numerous locations across Europe and Asia.

Combining technical rigor with nearly three decades of hands-on experience in industry and strategy consulting, Rodrigo is one of the senior leaders who underpin Troesser & Co.’s positioning as a strategic partner to companies navigating pivotal moments from a position of strength and pursuing growth in sophisticated, often opaque markets.
