Associate Partner

David Seewald

David Seewald is Associate Partner at Troesser & Co., where he leads global transformation and performance improvement programs. Since joining the firm in July 2023 as Senior Project Manager, he has worked on restructuring and consulting projects on several continents, and in April 2025 he was promoted to his current role. His focus is on creating and protecting value for companies and for the people behind them.

David holds a BSc in Economics from WU Vienna and completed an MBA exchange at the University of Southern California. He began his career in London at the Economist Intelligence Unit, working on healthcare strategy for medical device, diagnostics and pharmaceutical clients. In 2017 he moved to the Efficio Consulting, where he spent more than three years on procurement, cost reduction and post-merger integration projects for corporate and private equity clients. He joined PwC’s Deals practice in 2020, first in London and from 2021 in Frankfurt, working on large-scale performance programs, restructuring concepts, independent business reviews and IDW S6 reports, as well as business planning and cash management.

Throughout his career David has built deep procurement expertise and delivered international transformation projects in more than five countries, from the analysis of improvement potential to the definition and implementation of measures. He has set up and run project management offices for global companies, including an automotive group with EUR 2 billion in revenue, resulting in an EBITDA improvement of EUR 200 million. Across automotive, logistics, industrial manufacturing, aviation, media and healthcare, his guiding principle has been to pair fast, tangible results with improvements that last.

Having lived and worked in Austria, Japan, the United States, Indonesia, the United Kingdom and Germany, David works in international teams and with stakeholders from very different backgrounds. This outlook makes him a natural fit for Troesser & Co.’s engagements with companies and investors that want to reset their cost base, regain momentum and build a stronger future.
