Are you a graduate looking to build expertise in restructuring and private equity?
Our Future Leaders Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills needed to succeed in these fields.
Two career paths in one Future Leaders Program
The Future Leaders Program is a joint initiative of Troesser & Co. and the private equity firm ADMETOS. It gives top graduates early, structured exposure to two fields: restructuring consulting on one side, and investment management and private equity on the other. Participants build a solid foundation before they make the decisions that shape their later careers.
At Troesser & Co., the focus is on transforming companies and positioning them for the future, whether for a client or for our own organization. The program is designed for young high performers with leadership ambitions who want the training this work requires. In the interview, the program is described as a career start that combines learning, challenge and support.
What the program covers
Participants work on real projects and go deep into both restructuring and private equity. The range of topics is broad:
- Restructuring from a strategic, operational and financial angle
- Financing topics
- M&A
- The operational management of portfolio companies
The combination is the point. Participants see a company from the advisor’s side and from the investor’s side, and develop the operational and analytical skills they need to grow into a leadership role. They work closely with senior partners and clients on international projects.
What you will gain
- Real-world experience: work alongside experts at ADMETOS and Troesser & Co. on projects that drive transformation.
- Global perspective: engage in cross-border initiatives and tackle international business challenges.
- Structured development: from intensive training modules to dedicated mentorship, the program offers a comprehensive learning journey.
- Dual expertise: build a strong foundation in both private equity and restructuring, developing skills that set you apart.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for graduates with a master’s degree in business, finance, engineering or a similar field, with sharp analytical skills, a global mindset and the drive to make an impact, who are also fluent in German.
Beyond the formal requirements, the ideal candidate combines outstanding academic results with a real interest in running businesses and a commitment to continuous improvement. Collaboration matters as much as analysis, both with international colleagues and with clients. So do independent work and entrepreneurial thinking, since day-to-day decisions at Troesser & Co. follow an entrepreneurial logic.
