Partner / Managing Director USA

Zackary Eubanks

Zackary Eubanks is Partner and Managing Director, USA at Troesser & Co. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, he has led the firm’s growing presence in the United States since July 2026. Before that, he spent more than a year as Associate Partner in São Paulo, where he joined Troesser & Co. in March 2025.

An engineer at heart, Zackary holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from MIT’s Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) program. He did his thesis research at Boeing, where he studied how to bring flexible automation into aerostructures production. He built his foundation on the shop floor, first as an operations engineer at Raytheon and then at Wendover Art Group, where he rose from Director of Manufacturing to Director of Engineering & Continuous Improvement. In 2021 he brought that operational depth to consulting, joining EY-Parthenon in São Paulo as Senior Manager in Strategy & Transactions, with a focus on global M&A and post-merger integration.

Over 16 years of professional experience, he has shaped strategies, led performance improvement and turnaround programs, and supported M&A and value creation for companies in aerospace & defense, automotive, construction, logistics and other industrial sectors. His work has taken him to 18 countries and counting, across North America, South America, Europe and Southeast Asia.

Zackary brings together an engineer’s precision, an operator’s pragmatism and a transaction advisor’s perspective, and he works with leadership teams to turn complex challenges into lasting results. He is leading Troesser & Co.’s growth in the United States and positioning the firm as a trusted strategic partner to companies ready to compete and grow in challenging markets.
