Associate Partner
Ulrich Lammer
Dr. Ulrich A. Lammer is Associate Partner at Troesser & Co., where he has worked on international restructuring, interim management and C-level transformation from Munich since May 2025. He has more than 15 years of consulting and management experience in restructuring and performance management. He is a problem solver with a hands-on mindset, and his focus is making sure that strategies agreed on paper produce measurable results in the business.
Ulrich is an engineer to the core. He earned his Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, specialising in production engineering and management. He then completed his doctorate (Dr.-Ing.) at the university’s Chair of Materials Handling, Material Flow and Logistics, while working as a research associate on intralogistics robotics and factory planning and teaching logistics. In 2012 he moved into consulting at Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner, where he drove production and shop-floor efficiency programs that delivered measurable savings for clients. At Ebner Stolz Management Consultants he prepared the operational part of restructuring opinions under IDW S6 and independent business reviews. From 2018 to 2024 he was Senior Manager in Restructuring at Helbling Business Advisors. There he supported leadership teams in crisis and restructuring situations, designed and implemented cost reduction and performance programs to strengthen EBIT margins, and led the firm’s ESG team.
Throughout his career Ulrich has prepared restructuring opinions and then seen them through to successful execution, often as interim COO or CRO. He has a strong track record in automotive, manufacturing, machinery and plant engineering, furniture and the food industry, and his assignments have taken him across Europe and the United States.
His academic rigour and practical, delivery-focused approach enable Ulrich to turn complex restructuring cases into clear operational results. This makes him a valuable part of Troesser & Co.’s positioning as a trusted partner to companies that face pivotal moments and are determined to come out of them stronger.
